The pole is incredibly rigid once installed. No wobble or movement during aggressive play which is exactly what you need for a competitive environment.

Going on our second year of heavy use and everything is still solid. The adjustability mechanism works smoothly and the frame shows no wear.

Our old system required tools to adjust. This one is quick and the kids can actually help set up now. Worth it.

Our players immediately noticed the difference in the backboard feel. The tempered glass gives a much more game-realistic experience than our old acrylic unit.

Makes height adjustments so much easier. Great for our elementary school program where we have multiple age groups.

We've had it through two seasons and multiple daily sessions. Zero issues with the mechanism or structure. Very solid build.

Really easy install and the height adjustment is smooth and reliable. Play and Sync support was friendly when I had a sizing question.

We run multiple programs with different age groups and this system handles all of them perfectly. The glass backboard is a real upgrade. One small note — would love to see a slightly improved [setup guide/carry handle/remote range], but overall really satisfied with the purchase.

Installed this for our gym program and it's been excellent. The build quality is exactly what you'd expect from Jaypro and the backboard response is excellent.

The shot response off the tempered glass is noticeably different from cheaper systems. Our players have commented on how much it improves their touch.

For something this size we were nervous about shipping damage, but everything arrived in perfect condition. Play and Sync packed it very well.
