- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a $250 cancellation fee; the remaining balance is held as store credit.

Warranty

Simulator Components (Frame, Screen, Fabrics, Turf & Mat): 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Coverage includes the impact screen, metal frame structure, sewn materials and fabrics, turf, and hitting mat. Does not cover misuse, modification, improper assembly, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or technical/installation assistance.

Warranty Service: To make a claim, ship the product freight prepaid with a dated purchase receipt. Missing or damaged components must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
